I started my apprenticeship job in 2003 at a Volvo and Audi dealership here in Colorado. Since then, I’ve worked at a few other dealerships including Honda/Acura, Hyundai, Kia and Subaru. I’ve also spent substantial time at independent repair shops working on all makes and models. In all, I have gained 21 years of experience and would love nothing more than to share my knowledge and experience with my customers.

3:23 Automotive is an idea that came after years of doing side work for friends and family. I noticed many of them would come to me frustrated with similar stories of being lied to, ripped off and getting poor quality work on their vehicles at other repair shops. In the summer of 2023, my family and I decided to take a step of faith and go full time with business and try to provide a better option for people to get their vehicles fixed and maintained. The name 3:23 Automotive comes from the bible verse Colossians 3:23 (you’ve heard it!) “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters”.

Long before I decided to start the business, I had seen this verse written on my brother’s hard hat and when he told me about it, the verse hit me like a ton of bricks and completely changed my approach from just working for a paycheck to really caring about the work I perform and doing it with excellence. Since then, I try daily to apply that principle to the business and each customer. I believe you shouldn’t have to tell people that you are honest, I’d like our customers to trust us based on their own experience with us doing the highest quality work possible and always being transparent.
