Join a free virtual information session to learn how you could receive $50,000 or more toward your home purchase through Elevation Land Trust’s Statewide Doors to Opportunity Program. This limited-time opportunity provides down payment assistance and subsidies on a home you qualify for, but funds must be used by September 30, 2026, making now the time to act. 

Co-hosted by Elevation Land Trust, Brothers Redevelopment Inc., and the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce, this session will walk you through who qualifies and what it means to work with a land trust. You’ll also learn about available homebuyer education resources and how to navigate the process with a broker or lender of your choice. 

This session is ideal for:
