We are pleased to share something new from the Co-Creative Leadership Alliance. As a next step from our book Leadership Actually, we are launching Leadership Actually: In Practice — taking the ideas in the book off the page and into practice. Rather than beginning with another model, assessment, or presentation, we begin with lived experience. Leadership is a lived experience. It becomes a lived learning experience when we pay attention to what is happening, how we are participating, and what the experience is teaching us. We believe there is a real opportunity to bring this kind of practical leadership development into our local community — to organizations, teams, and people whose work depends on moving together with competence and commitment. Because you have supported CCLA, influenced our thinking, or helped strengthen the community around us, we want you to be among the first to know what we are building.
