Description

The City of Arvada, in partnership with DRCOG, is studying seven transit-oriented communities in Arvada (see list below) to explore future development opportunities, including housing, transportation access, parks, businesses, and other neighborhood services. Businesses located in or near these areas are invited to a virtual engagement session to learn more and share feedback about the development concepts being considered in these areas. 

Who should attend? 

Business owners, managers, and staff members who work near one of the seven study areas, and have an understanding of how development would impact their business and staff. 

The discussion will include a brief overview from the Chamber on why housing matters for workforce stability and business success, an update from Lionheart Places, the consultant for the study, and a facilitated conversation about the concepts being considered. Your input will help shape how the City thinks about these development concepts.
