Gina, known for launching Colorado’s first flower Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and building community through regenerative agriculture, will share her journey of entrepreneurship, resilience, and finding your unique path. 

Gina Schley is the owner of SHEGROWS, a 3-acre flower farm in Arvada that specializes in growing unique flowers for weddings, events, CSAs, and wholesale.

She is the founder of Rose Roots Community Garden in Arvada, the largest community garden in the State of Colorado. She can be seen on multiple news stations sharing her gardening knowledge, has online courses, and her and her husband can be seen hosting the award winning PBS and Create TV docuseries called Urban Conversion.

Guiding the conversation is Amie Costanza, co-owner of Freedom Street Social, Arvada’s vibrant food hall and community hub. Amie brings her expertise in building inclusive spaces and fostering connections through food and shared experiences.
