The Arvada Chamber of Commerce hosts a quarterly HR Cohort for regional HR professionals to explore best practices, resources, and programmatic updates on the B.O.L.D. 2026 initiative. Each cohort meeting offers insights employer-focused resources and strategies around talent, housing, or childcare supports offered by employers and opportunities to evaluate best practices in these areas. HR leaders are also given exclusive insight into updates on different B.O.L.D. 2026 initiative areas, the opportunity to pilot innovative programming, and be part of the B.O.L.D. 2026 feedback loop. 

The quarterly cohort meetings are an opportunity for regional HR leaders to connect, learn, and grow together! This cohort meeting will focus on "Talent" and attendees will gain insight into regional resources to support the diverse needs of the workforce, understand the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce, and hear about exciting updates to the B.O.L.D. 2026 Talent Initiative.
