Kye Holtan-Brown

Kye Holtan-Brown is a construction manager and owner advisor with 30+ years in the commercial real estate market. She started her company, Oakville Building Advisors, in 2022 to work with building owners and managers to develop and implement strategies to successfully decarbonize their building assets. She has a unique background in real estate finance and feasibility analysis to add to experience providing design management, consultant and contractor procurement, program management, and cost estimating on a wide range of large projects including multi-family, multi-use, office, and educational projects, as well as larger campus developments. Kye is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), ULI, DBIA, Arvada Chamber of Commerce, and others. She regularly teaches as an Adjunct Professor at DU’s Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management and provides presentations and training for industry groups and university programs.
