Debra has a master’s degree in counseling and comes to this business with over 30 years experience in senior and healthcare management. For many years, she worked in hospital and emergency medicine conducting psychiatric and chemical dependency assessments and psychiatric triage. For the past 15 years she has worked specifically in Elder Care as a social worker/bereavement coordinator in hospice and as an Elder Care Coordinator for an elder/estate attorney practice.

Debra is highly skilled in her knowledge and understanding of the many and sometimes complicated needs that arise as we age. She has extensive experience conducting assessments to determine needs and then assisting in accessing any needed resources. She is well-versed in the the senior living options in the Denver, Boulder, Longmont and surrounding areas, including senior independent, assisted living and skilled nursing. Debra is uniquely able to match clients with their best fit in terms of financial and care needs.
