About

Forty (40) years as a commercial insurance underwriter (15 years) and agent/broker (25 years). I love this field! As long as I work only with commercial accounts. As you can imagine, I have learned all the secrets that your agent does not know. Launching in 2026, I am anxious to share those secrets with you.  (1.) Where do your rates come from? (2.) How much flexibility can an underwriter use to lower your insurance premium? (3.) What can you do to justify a lower quote for your business. There are actually a few things you can do? (4.) Do you have any gaps in your insurance? (5.) Should you call your agent when you may have a claim or the Claim Dept. of your insurance company? (6.) When  you are launching a brand new business, what can you do to get multiple, competitive insurance quotes?   If you have more questions, or these, email me at admin@nexusbusinesssolutions.net

We help business owners understand their insurance coverages, identify gaps, and avoid costly surprises. We can review your current policies, discuss what is coverages are missing or not provided correctly, discuss possible claims, previous claims, and what is unnecessary.  We can discuss what an insurance underwriter can use to justify a reduction or an increase in your premiums. We also offer an in-depth loss control/risk management program which provides detailed strategies including OSHA regulations and a written report. I do not sell insurance.

Whatever insurance questions or problems are making your job as a business owner challenging,

PLEASE CALL ME TO DISCUSS. 512-680-2418

I am more qualified than 98% of agents to help you understand if you are properly protected. 40 years as a business insurance professional (15 years as underwriter / 25 years as a broker/agent.). I have seen many times when an agent made errors in obtaining insurance for a client including advising that a covered claim was not covered, ordering a new policy with the client's business address and building descriptions totally wrong. Soon after the policy was issued, the client had a total fire loss. The insurance carrier denied the claim and the agent's malpractice insurance denied that claim also.
