Renee is a pharmacist turned holistic practitioner on a mission to help busy women live their healthiest, happiest lives possible. She walked away from that 26 year career because she was burning the candle at both ends, taking care of everyone except herself and it took a toll on her mental and physical health. She uses her experience and training in functional lab testing to reveal the healing opportunities in the body and support clients with lifestyle and nutrition coaching to reach their health goals. Renee was born and raised in Baton Rouge, La. She is married to her high school sweetheart, they have one miracle son, and have lived in Colorado for over 24 years. She loves walks outside, socializing with friends, coffee connects, bourbon tasting and football.
