Fiducial is looking for a Bookkeeper/Business Associate for their Arvada, CO office. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
The Bookkeeper/Business Associate works in a team environment responsible for full-charge bookkeeping, monthly write-up, tax, payroll, general ledger accounting, and other accounting functions for a high volume of clients. Some individual and business tax preparation (1120, 1120s & 1065) and quarterly payroll taxes (941) as well as special projects work may be required.
$20 – 25/hr.

Position Title: Residential Advisor Exemption Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Reports To: Residential Manager Pay Range: $15.35/hour - $20.00/hour Department: Program Benefits Eligibility: Eligible Position Summary: Residential Advisors (RAs) work as unified team with other Residential Advisors, the Residential Manager, Residential Property Manager, and the Hope House Colorado Program staff to provide encouragement and support for up to 8 young mothers and their children living in the Hope House group residence, with the focus of building relationship while helping residents to become self-sufficient. Residential Advisors work daytime, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts to ensure residents have a HHC staff member with them at the residence 24 hours/day, every day. The residence is used in a variety of ways, including providing respite housing, short-term housing, and a structured long-term housing program for teen mothers. Due to the multiple purposes for the residence, examples of some of the duties of a Residential Advisor may include (but are not limited to) caring for a young mom’s children while the mom recovers from an illness or temporary crisis, helping residents with everyday life skills such as learning to drive or budgeting, and/or supporting a resident by assisting with their homework, cooking a meal, or coming alongside a mom in parenting routines. RAs ensure a safe environment through enforcing boundaries, create a learning environment through gentle guidance and participatory teaching, and provide an opportunity for relational and spiritual growth by being available, engaged, and authentic.
