Position Title: Facility Manager Full or Part Time: Full Time, Salaried Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 Department: Operations Benefits Eligibility: Eligible Position Summary: The Facility Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the grounds, facilities, and all buildings (15,000 sq. ft. Resource Center, 5,500 sq. ft. Hope House Residence, and future Childcare Center building scheduled to begin construction in 2023) on the 2.5 acre Hope House Colorado (HHC) campus, maintaining both the physical condition and appearance of all facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the ongoing operation of buildings and occupied environments; maintenance management including service requests and preventive equipment maintenance; warranty administration; coordination and participation in new construction and renovation/remodel projects; emergency management; and scheduling, oversight and management of vendors and volunteers who assist with property maintenance. The FM is accountable for ensuring a safe, secure, and Excellent Environment for teen moms and their children, Staff, Champions, and all visitors to the HHC campus.
