The RPO Recruiter will source and cultivate relationships with clinicians interested in direct-hire opportunities through Aya Healthcare for specific healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:　

• Habitually source and recruit exceptional passive healthcare professionals for permanent positions
• Persistently develop a steady stream of viable candidates utilizing LinkedIn and various job boards
• Creatively identify non-traditional means of candidate recruitment
• Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking, cold calling and various internet searches
• Proactively contact candidates to schedule interviews and qualify them for job opportunities
• Establish quick rapport with candidates and represent Aya Healthcare both positively and honestly
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven success in recruiting/staffing, sales or other metrics driven environment
• Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires
• Outside the box thinkers
• Career oriented with a desire for advancement 
• Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent
