Vanessa and her family live in Arvada. She specializes in residential sales in Arvada and Northwest Metro Denver. As an active member in the community, Vanessa is dedicated to leaving a positive impact where she lives and works. 

I am an attorney and the senior associate at RBS Law. We specialize in estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, appointment of guardians for minors, etc.) and uncontested probate estate administration. I love the ability to educate and help people in a personal and impactful way that empowers them. I was drawn to estate planning because of the personal aspect of creating and customizing client’s documents, which gives them peace of mind in case the unexpected (or expected) happens.
