Prior to joining the family business in 2019, Brianne Sheridan had built her career in marketing and communications spanning multiple industries. In 2013 she earned her B.A. in Public Relations from Chico State, and after gaining several years of professional experience, received her M.S. in Marketing from University of Denver in 2017. This résumé combined with her affinity for spelling, grammar, and punny jokes, are the main reasons Brianne is a self-proclaimed word nerd. Brianne is the primary property manager for SFinvest properties in the Denver Metro Area. Additionally, she is responsible for the implementation and management of all marketing and communications efforts under the SFinvest umbrella. When she is not wearing one of her SFinvest hats, Brianne enjoys camping, karaoke, community activism, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.

Joanna joined the Hope House staff in 2022. Before Hope House, Joanna spent 3 years teaching English in Greeley, CO, and 1 year working as a curriculum designer/ team coordinator for Rescue Pink, a nonprofit based out of India. Joanna has her BA in Secondary English Education and an MA in Teaching and Cultural Studies from the University of Northern CO. She loves working with girls and empowering them to dream while feeling supported. As the grant development officer, she connects with champions and shares amazing stories of how Hope House is changing the lives of teen moms and their children. Joanna is a CO native and loves to hike 14ers, paddleboard and go on camping trips. I value the importance of financial goals and strive to help educate others around their personal finances. I want to work with young adults to help them eliminate the financial stressor by guiding them through their financial journey and helping them pursue their goals. Outside of studying or work, you can find me enjoying the outdoors of Colorado, including skiing almost every weekend during the season. If I'm not soaking up Colorado’s fresh air, I'm probably on my way to or planning my next travel adventure. My most recent trip was Sweden and hope to visit more countries soon.
