COVID-19 has forced us all to readjust how we live our lives and learn new skills to cope with difficult times. Join Jefferson Center this May as we discuss mental health, how to recognize signs and symptoms, how to prioritize your mental health in 2021, and ways we can all destigmatize mental health.
