Kylie Parks, Director Talent Pipeline Development INTERNSHIP PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY: This program uses grant funding to cover intern wages and worker?s compensation insurance. Internships will run from the first week of June through the end of July. Students will attend weekly leadership development trainings in addition to their internships. Jefferson County Business & Workforce Center is partnering with Jeffco High Schools to connect students with summer internships! The goal is to get students experience across a variety of industries to help them identify post HS career paths.
GROW Jeffco is a talent partner collaborative focused on the goal of creating equitable engagement across the education-to-employment pipeline.
In this workshop our goal is to support your organization with exploring, engaging, and expanding work-based learning opportunities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop a work-based learning plan alongside key partners in Jeffco and the state.
