Mireille Painter The Village Community Church and FFCC have set the goal to package 200,000 meals to help in the fight against hunger. FFCC is a non-profit group of volunteers with the vision to eliminate starvation by 2050. One of the Fight Against Hunger objectives is to provide practical ways for our local community to provide relief to families struggling with malnutrition. A quarter of the meals we package will stay locally and the rest of the meals will be shipped to Haiti where, after Hurricane Matthew in 2016, 2.5 million people are living in extreme poverty, as well as Tanzania in Africa.Denver Fights Hunger
