CrossPurpose - North Metro Informational Session

This is an exciting opportunity that aims to transform lives and create lasting change in Jefferson County, Colorado. The City of Arvada is embracing CrossPurpose's third campus location set to open February 5, 2024.
We offer six-month tuition-free career training, certification, job placement, and workforce development program, with personalized case management, cohort-based soft skills training, and certificate-level hard skills training.  By empowering individuals to become self-sufficient, CrossPurpose has helped break the cycle of poverty for many participants. CrossPurpose’s holistic approach to support (including a focus on mental and behavioral health) has fostered a strong sense of community among participants. By creating a supportive network of peers, mentors, and staff, participants have built social connections and developed life skills, overcoming challenges together.  This sense of community has had a transformative impact on the lives of participants and the communities in which they live.
