Learn more at arvadachamber.org/CSP. Did you know that more Americans die from cardiac arrest each year than any other health issue? Over 75% of all cardiac arrests occur in the home or workplace with over half of them being witnessed by a bystander. Knowing how to perform compression-only CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator or AED can significantly impact survival of the patient. Join us on Friday, January 26th from 9:00 am - 11:00am at the Arvada Elks Lodge to learn how you can save a life. You'll get hands-on practice doing compression-only CPR as well as an AED demonstration from caregivers at Lutheran Hospital and the Arvada Fire Protection District. The event is free. We're confident that you'll walk away knowing steps you can take to help save someone's life if they experience a cardiac arrest.Compression-Only CPR and AED Training
