Shannon Syzek:
I am a leadership coach and human resources consultant with professional experience that spans two decades in human resources leadership for organizations that are doing great business and making great impact. These include Denver Rescue Mission, Colson Center, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and others. I use this background, combined with expertise as a SHRM-SCP HR professional, MBA, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and leadership coach to offer insights designed to elevate both team and individual performance. I collaborate with small to medium organizations and their leaders to find solutions for the complex challenges your organization faces. I’m focused on bringing realistic tactical and strategic solutions that serve people and the organization. I do this with equal parts objectivity, integrity, process-mindedness, and empathy.
