Annual fees are $95/participant for Arvada Chamber members and $195/participant for not-yet Arvada Chamber members.

Join AYP for Networking and Professional Development on July 15th from 8:30am-10:00am. Dawn King will speak about "Proven Tools from Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Psychology to Help Decrease Stress, Increase Resiliency and Optimize Your Workday".
About Dawn King:
Dawn is passionate about helping busy, stressed-out professionals find freedom from self-doubt and unhelpful habits that limit their personal and professional success.
She has been working in the field of counseling for the last 20 years as a licensed professional counselor and certified addictions counselor and has helped thousands of people get unstuck and forge a path towards positive change.
She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and received her training through the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare, and Society at UMASS Medical School. She regularly offers MBSR classes in the community.
She also has a background in business and worked in human resources and management prior to making a career change into counseling. During this time, she developed and presented training's on various topics such as stress management, conflict resolution and personal finances.
