Description


The State of Education hosted by the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce covers a broad spectrum of topics impacting both K-12 and post-secondary education in Jefferson County. Key areas include school start time equity, innovations like “High School Reimagined,” and aligning educational outcomes with workforce needs through business partnerships. The event also addresses academic achievement gaps, post-secondary readiness, mental health, teacher shortages, curriculum improvements, and the importance of community and industry collaboration to prepare students for college, careers, and civic leadership.
