Join us for a free, interactive conversation on one of the biggest challenges in child care today, staffing. Connect with fellow providers and hear real-world insights on what’s working (and what’s not) with substitute staffing in center-based care. Our speaker, RB Fast, Founder and Director of Westwood Academy, will share practical strategies and lessons learned. You’ll also be part of the discussion, bringing your own ideas, questions, and experiences as we explore ways to strengthen staffing models, expand capacity, and improve access for working families.
