Join us in celebrating Nomadic Fire Mobile Sauna, hosted at Colorado Tap House. 

What started as a way to navigate my own therapist burnout turned into Nomadic Fire Mobile Sauna — a wood-fired, wellness-focused space built around the proven health benefits of sauna. Regular sauna use supports athletic recovery, stress relief, cardiovascular health, and has even been linked to lower risks of certain neurodegenerative diseases and overall mortality. 

I wanted to bring that kind of accessible, Nordic-style wellness into everyday communities, so I tow the sauna to breweries, neighborhoods, events, and private gatherings for people to unwind, reset, and experience a time-honored wellness tradition together.
