True You Collective is a nervous system-focused wellness center founded by Paige Land—a Certified Vibroacoustic Therapist, Death Doula, and intuitive healer.

Born from Paige’s personal healing journey through physical pain, grief, and anxiety, the Collective is a sacred space where science meets spirit to support whole-body wellness. Using leading-edge therapies like Vibroacoustic Therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and technodelics, True You Collective helps people reduce chronic pain and inflammation, regulate the nervous system, and restore physical and emotional harmony.

Whether you're navigating loss, burnout, trauma, or physical discomfort, this space offers deep healing—from the inside out.

About ME: I'm Paige Land, the founder and heart behind True You Collective — a sacred healing space where science and soul come together to support deep transformation. My background began in dental hygiene, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care, education, and helping people improve their health and manage pain. But everything shifted after I personally walked through intense physical pain, grief, and anxiety. It was during this time that I discovered the profound power of Frequency, Vibration, Sound, and Light therapies. These modalities helped me reconnect with my true self, and the healing I experienced inspired me to bring them all together in one nurturing space for others.

At True You Collective, I offer Vibroacoustic Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, the immersive Sound Lounge with Technodelic light, Instasculpting, community classes, and events. Each of these offerings is designed to guide people into deeper connection with their own inner healer — where their cells can begin to “remember” who they truly are.

As a certified Vibroacoustic Therapist and End-of-Life Doula, I specialize in trauma release, vagus nerve support, and nervous system regulation. I blend science-backed modalities with intuitive guidance to help clients heal on every level.

Community is everything to me. I’m deeply passionate about supporting people through pain, helping them reconnect with their health, and opening them to the unseen realms that support true healing. I’m also a lover of mountains, ocean waves, motherhood, and writing — and I invite you to reconnect, rediscover, and recenter the True You.
