AI for Business Deep Dive 2.0

Most people use AI for one task at a time. A prompt here, a project there. Useful, but it stops there. In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll bring 2-3 things you do regularly in your business, identify which one has the most upside for AI support, and build the first project of your operating system live in the room. You’ll leave with a clear picture of how the pieces connect and what to build next. This is the foundation work that turns AI from a useful tool into a system that compounds. 

What you’ll walk away with:

  •  A prioritized map of your AI opportunities
  • One fully built project, ready to use on Monday 
  • A clear next step for the rest of your build 

Recommended for business owners and operators who already use AI regularly. You should be comfortable with prompting, have built a Claude Project, Custom GPT, or Copilot agent, and be ready to go deeper. 

If you’re new to AI, watch for our next round of fundamentals classes. 

Pre-work: A short one-page exercise will be sent a week before the workshop. About 15 minutes to complete. Bring it with you.

Dale Myska | Founder, beaconAI

Dale Myska is an AI strategy consultant and founder of beaconAI, helping small and medium businesses cut through the noise and put AI to work in practical, measurable ways.

Before starting beaconAI, Dale spent 20+ years in sales and operations leadership, including COO and EVP roles at PostNet and MBE Worldwide where he worked directly with franchise networks and small business owners across the world. He knows firsthand what it looks like when a business runs on tribal knowledge, gut instinct, and processes that live entirely in one person's head.

Dale is a graduate of the MIT AI Executive Academy and brings a business-first approach to AI - meaning the technology always comes second to the people and processes it's meant to support.

He lives in Arvada and is passionate about helping local businesses compete with tools that used to be reserved for enterprise companies with enterprise budgets.
