Join us to celebrate the new location opening for the Geriatric and Family Medicine Associates! Privately owned primary care practice moving from Wheat Ridge to Arvada. Time-honored medical practice founded in 1977. We offer integrated primary care, behavioral health services, and accept all major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.
