Core values are more than words on a wall—they're the essential and enduring tenets that guide decision-making, shape company culture, and attract the right people to your team. In this focused session, you'll work through a proven process to identify and articulate the 3-5 core values that truly define who you are as an organization. 

What You'll Accomplish

Through guided exercises and collaborative discussion, participants will: 

  • Understand why core values matter and how they impact hiring, firing, reviewing, rewarding, and recognizing Identify the authentic values already present in your best people and practices 
  • Distinguish between aspirational values and true core values 
  • Craft clear, memorable language that captures each value's meaning 
  • Begin developing a plan to integrate these values throughout your organization
