Ryan Hecht
Ryan Heckenberg
Born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, Ryan is a powerhouse in Colorado real estate — bringing more than 20 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in both real estate and construction. As founder of The Home Group at Keller Williams — consistently ranked among Colorado’s top-performing teams — Ryan and his team have helped over 500 clients buy, sell, invest, and build their way to long-term wealth and lifestyle freedom.
His journey began in 1997 with a local Arvada homebuilder, where he gained hands-on insight into how homes are built and deals are made. That foundation led to a dual-career advantage: licensed Realtor since 2010 and Class A General Contractor since 2017 — a rare and powerful combination that gives his clients insider access to both the construction and real estate worlds.
Ryan is known for turning obstacles into opportunities. From traditional sales, residential fix-and-flips, and long-term rentals to 1031 exchanges, land acquisitions, and commercial investments, he has led dozens of complex transactions — maximizing value at every turn. He’s fluent in both traditional and creative financing strategies, helping clients find smart, customized paths to success.
As a member of Keller Williams Luxury International and the Agent Leadership Council, Ryan leads with professionalism, strategy, and a results-first mindset. His extensive network, deep industry knowledge, and client-first approach have made him a trusted advisor to everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors and developers.
Buying. Selling. Investing. Building. Whatever your vision, Ryan brings the insight, connections, and execution to make it happen — and doesn’t stop until you win.

I am committed to building confidence and clarity in people's lives. My approach as a financial advisor guides clients towards debt reduction and helping build their wealth through a purposeful and achievable process. I aim to bring reality for client's to say: "I am going to be OK" with conviction.
Drawing from varied backgrounds I possess a comprehensive understanding of the challenges commonly faced. My experience has equipped me with valuable insights into maintaining the stability of life's plans. I welcome sharing this wealth of knowledge with my clients.
I began my post college career in New York City, working in World Trade Center II. These towers symbolized the essence of the financial markets, and it was an honor to work there. However, this pride is coupled with the indelible memory of surviving the events of 9/11/2001. My experience surviving that day set me on a journey of resilience, discovery, and inner strength. I am dedicated to sharing my story to offer guidance for others overcoming possible challenges and to support finding a path forward in achieving what is important to them.
My wife and I have have resided in Arvada for 11 years. She is a native to Colorado and I journeyed out west in 2003. We have a son who just turned 12 and a rescue dog named Dolly. We have enjoyed living in Arvada and I look forward to giving back to the community where I am able.
