I was born and raised in Arvada, and we moved our business here in 2021 lending to a healthy amount of Arvada knowledge and history that my friends like to tease me about.

I am a Senior Physician Liaison at Behavioral Innovations, a leading provider of ABA therapy for children with autism. I am also the founder and president of The Mural Project of Colorado Springs, a nonprofit organization that collaborates with at-risk, underserved community members and other nonprofits to create public art for local businesses, our city, and state. I'm a Michigan native, Michigan State University alumni and a newer community member to the Denver proper area! I have a spunky Corgi named Sunny, who you may or may not see with me out in the community. I come from a fairly large family with 6 siblings and a multitude of cousins whom I am close with. I have traveled to almost all 50 states and many countries outside of the U.S. Work hard, play harder is my motto! I love to be involved in the community, whether it is in regards to my career or just for a personal passion to make an impact with my community around me. I have a mortgage broker services business and have been in the industry for over 9 years, helping clients get into a financially sound situation using the resources at hand. I also own & operate a business in which I invest in real estate, both residential & commercial. With over 9 years of experience in the mortgage industry plus my own personal knowledge in investing, acquiring and managing properties, I find passion in helping others with their mortgage needs -whether its the first time they are buying, refinancing to get into a better situation or looking to invest deeper in the real estate world!  

Michelle Stout, CPRP, serves as the Manager of the Apex Community Recreation Center, where she leads facility operations, staff management, and program development. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science, Michelle holds multiple certifications, including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and nutrition certifications, among others.

With over 11 years of experience in fitness and wellness, Michelle transitioned into active adult programming and has since become a key figure in the community. She is actively involved in organizations such as the Arvada Chamber Inspirational Women, Arvada Kiwanis Club, Colorado Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA, holding multiple board positions), JCCOA, and TRIAD. Her dedication and leadership have earned her several accolades, including CPRA's "Outstanding New Professional" award in 2021, Arvada Chamber's 2022 Young Professional of the Year, and recognition as one of Arvada Chamber's Top 20 Under 40.

Michelle has presented at both the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association conference and recently at the National Parks and Recreation Association conference. Her experience has shaped a leadership philosophy centered on fostering authenticity, teamwork, and the power of heart-led leadership.

Matthew is a creative marketing leader who helps companies from Fortune 500s to SMBs and startups get measurable business results form their marketing efforts. He's active in the community through volunteering as an Ambassador for the Arvada Chamber of Commerce and as a business mentor at Rocky Mountain Microfinance Institute. In his spare time, you can find him on the pickleball court, at the lake on a paddle board, or at a cocktail bar sipping an Old Fashioned.

Tuesday lunch group, Inspiring Women (action team & sunshine vine), Advocacy KAPS Council, Ambassador, Jeffco Construction Sector Private Public Partnership (West Metro Construction Alliance?); I've also attended many in-person & virtual workshops/trainings from the Business Resource Center.

I run the business side and my husband runs the project side of our home improvement company. Before starting Beams to Basements, I did education/outreach for environmental & sustainability programs for almost 20 years. I've been volunteering in the merchandise tent at the Planet Bluegrass music festivals since 2008.

Clinton Webb is the Owner and Creative Director at the Denver-based design firm Agave Studio. Agave has been in the Arvada Chamber for a year and Clinton also participates on the Entrepreneurship KAPS Council and the Arvada Young Professionals Group. 

I am committed to building confidence and clarity in people's lives. My approach as a financial advisor guides clients towards debt reduction and helping build their wealth through a purposeful and achievable process. I aim to bring reality for client's to say: "I am going to be OK" with conviction.

I began my post college career in New York City, working in World Trade Center II. These towers symbolized the essence of the financial markets, and it was an honor to work there. However, this pride is coupled with the indelible memory of surviving the events of 9/11/2001. My experience surviving that day set me on a journey of resilience, discovery, and inner strength. I am dedicated to sharing my story to offer guidance for others overcoming possible challenges and to support finding a path forward in achieving what is important to them.  

My wife and I have have resided in Arvada for 11 years.  She is a native to Colorado and I journeyed out west in 2003. We have a son who just turned 12 and a rescue dog named Dolly.  We have enjoyed living in Arvada and I look forward to giving back to the community where I am able.
