About Us

DDRC's mission is to create opportunities for people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families to participate fully in the community. DDRC promotes their inclusion in all aspects of life and seeks to provide opportunities for people with I/DD to live their best lives. DDRC's values of quality, dignity and choice guide us in this work.

I/DD includes Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, and other challenges. Our services provide people with I/DD the extra assistance they need. People with I/DD, and their families are neighbors, classmates, coworkers, teammates and more. They deserve the opportunity to lead full, self-directed lives, like the rest of the community, and DDRC's work helps make that possible!. Our work is an important aspect of diversity and inclusion, which today, more than ever, is recognized as an important value of employees, employers and the community at large.
