If you cancel less that one week ahead of the class date, or do not complete the course requirements, your deposit will be retained. This allows us to cover costs of materials and other resources to make these trainings possible. Mental Health First Aid is an interactive eight hour course that presents an overview of mental illness and substance use disorders in the U.S. and introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, builds understanding of their impact, and overviews common treatments.
