In this workshop, attendees will gain practical tools to manage holiday stress and burnout, along with strategies for navigating sadness and finding moments of joy. They will leave with actionable tips to foster well-being during one of the most emotionally challenging times of the year. Emily Garcia with Tribe Mind Body Wellness will be our special guest speaker.
