The Phipps Team and Venture Financial present the first annual Alta Vista, Arvada Community Garage Sale!

Saturday, June 25th | 9:00am - 4:00pm

Shop multiple sales throughout the neighborhood for everything from home goods, clothing, decor, gifts and more!

In addition to the 50+ individual sales, we will also be hosting FOOD TRUCKS located at the corner of Brooks Drive and Everett Street from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Don't forget to stop by our pop up tent on site at the truck’s location to pick up your garage sale map!
