JENNIFER WRONA: As Vice President for Strategic Growth, Jennifer Wrona leverages her background in hospital service line strategy, development and growth to focus on helping shape and grow volume in Lutheran Medical Center’s existing high-quality service lines. Her responsibilities include identifying new opportunities and developing strategies and tactics to build and grow them. Jennifer also plays a key role in developing the hospital's overall strategic plan, keeping it aligned with the frequent changes in health care delivery today. Jennifer brings strong skills and experience in strategic planning and analysis and in bringing these plans to successful fruition in challenging markets, with a focus on areas such as surgery, neurosciences, behavioral health and orthopedics and spine. Jennifer has served at a previous organization as assistant vice president of Neurosciences, providing strategic planning and service line and program development. She also has held leadership roles at other local hospitals and health care organizations. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cleveland State University and earned her MBA from Colorado State University. Jennifer is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Colorado Healthcare Association. She has extensive volunteer experience, having served, among others, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity. SCOTT MINER: Dr. Miner was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and trained in Emergency Medicine at Denver Health, where he served as a Chief Resident. Dr. Miner joined SCL Healthcare and Ergentus in 2003.Dr. Miner has a myriad of interests in Emergency Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director of the Lutheran Medical Center Emergency Department. In addition, he is a Vice President with Ergentus and a former Vice Chair of Emergency Medicine at both Lutheran Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is also actively involved in EMS Medical Direction with both Ergentus and SCL Healthcare. Dr. Miner is proud to be a 4th generation physician and believes it is an honor to serve patients. His outside interests include cycling, skiing and enjoying all that the great state of Colorado has to offer. His wife and three children provide daily inspiration. COLE ZANETTI: Dr. Cole Zanetti is a Clinical Innovator and Primary Care Physician at Iora Primary Care in Arvada. He was trained in Family Medicine and Leadership Preventive Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. During his training he helped create a patient and caregiver lead co-production group where a group of 40 patients and caregivers designed their own peer support and learning experiences. They also advocated for change in each other, the local community and the local clinic. Dr. Zanetti currently serves as a Physician Advisory Committee member for the National Quality Forum. He is a recipient of the American College of Physicians, Primary Care Innovation Award. He has been trained in value-based healthcare through the Harvard business school’s intensive seminar. He also received a Certificate in leadership and community organizing through the Harvard’s Kennedy School Executive Program. He has worked with the Positive Deviance Initiative on new applications within healthcare, the Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science on innovative mobile health initiatives in Haiti, was selected by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as a Thought Leader for their symposium on Health and Health Care in 2032, and was selected for a National Library of Medicine scholarship for a biomedical informatics training course. He received his Masters of Public Health from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. He received his Osteopathic Medical Degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also holds a BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. KATHERINE MULREADY: Katherine is the Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President for Legislative Policy for the Colorado Hospital Association, where she is responsible for overseeing CHA's public policy priorities and ensuring the Association’s more than 100 member hospitals and health systems are well-represented in policy debates at the state and national level. Prior to joining CHA, Katherine served as the Senior Policy Advisor on Health to Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, where she was responsible for coordinating the administration’s health policy initiatives. She also worked in health law and health policy for public, private, and nonprofit organizations in Denver, and before pursuing a career in health care, she designed, implemented, and evaluated mission-driven programs for foundations and nonprofits in Washington, DC and Colorado.3rd Friday Breakfast: State of Healthcare
